Exceptional Service and Cozy Stay!

Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Maria, who provided outstanding customer service. The location is fantastic, close to eateries and the mall. Enjoy the excellent coffee in the breakfast area, even if it’s a bit light. Highly recommend checking in for a comfortable stay!

During my stay, I was in town to check out the Greenwood Mall and other local attractions. The location was quite convenient, making it easy to explore places like Aviation Heritage Park, which was just a quick drive away. The room I had was a Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds, and while it showed signs of wear, it was decent for a short stay. I appreciate that pets can stay without extra charges, making it more accommodating for travelers with furry friends.

The man at the front desk was extremely professional and very helpful. He brought a TV remote to my room right away and made sure it worked. The location is also close to many stores and food places.

Pillows and bedspread had stains, and the under-mattress area was dirty. The bathtub had a noticeable ring, and there were cleanliness issues around the walls in the bathroom, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning before my stay.

Breakfast was great with tasty scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which was a welcome surprise. Overall, a fantastic stay for the price! 😊

Breakfast included delicious homemade rolls, which were a delightful surprise. However, the shower water was a bit tricky to manage, and the room had a slight musty odor that lingered despite its cleanliness. With no meat options available in the breakfast spread, a bit more variety would enhance the dining experience.
